The laws of Switzerland and the EU:
In Switzerland, the Federal Act Against Unfair Competition (UWG; SR 241) and the Ordinance on the Announcement of Prices (PBV; SR 942.211) must be observed for online trading (e-commerce). In the European Union, the Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU) and the Electronic Commerce Directive (Directive 2000/31/EC) contain rules on online commerce.
Furthermore, the provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR; SR 220) apply, which also apply to traditional sales contracts.
