Refund policy

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) stating your name, your address, and, where available, your telephone number and email address. You may also complete and submit a clear statement electronically on our website [https://www.wellmaxx-swiss.com]. If you make use of this option, we will promptly send you confirmation of receipt of such a cancellation (e.g. by email via info@wellmaxx.ch).

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notice of exercising the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.


Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods if such diminished value results from handling them in a manner not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
