Shipping Conditions

Delivery within Switzerland is handled by Swiss Post from the Swiss warehouse. Shipping within Switzerland costs a flat rate of 8.50 CHF. Deliveries to Great Britain are dispatched from the Swiss warehouse.

Deliveries outside Switzerland are via GLS, DHL, DPD or UPS from the German warehouse. Shipping outside Switzerland costs between 5.- and 50.- EUR depending on the destination country. We will determine the most economical rate and carrier for you. 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Depending on the order value, delivery is free!

VAT 8.1% (Switzerland) and 19% (Germany) are included in the product price.
