The best sun protection face cream with anti-wrinkle effect!
Today, we have many cosmetic options to permanently preserve our youthful appearance. This includes maintaining the smoothness and firmness of our facial skin. The formation of wrinkles on the face increases not only with our facial expressions and age but also many other external and internal factors accelerate wrinkle formation and premature skin aging. This leads to an older appearance. Anti-aging experts strongly recommend the use of cosmetics that can delay or slow down these external processes.
- Fashion is constantly changing, but the sight of tanned, brown skin still divides opinions. There was a time when it was fashionable because it showed that we had time for a vacation. There was a time when porcelain-white skin was considered a socially elegant appearance.
- Nowadays, many people still prefer a tanned complexion, which is why tanning salons are popular. Although tanning is not as popular nowadays, many people still tan their face using this method. Tanning beds cause the skin to age.
- The first problem begins when wrinkles appear and we want to regain our youthful facial skin. Unfortunately, this often means a significant cosmetic effort.
- Experts in aesthetics and cosmetics repeatedly point out that one of the biggest enemies of skin aging is sunlight, with tanning beds also potentially playing a role.
- Frequent sunbathing and the use of tanning beds lead to photoaging. Our skin ages.
- Let's not let our skin age!
- How do we protect our skin?
The first and most important factor is definitely sun protection. Dermatologists regularly recommend taking sunbaths in the morning and afternoon. Direct sunbathing at midday is irresponsible. In addition to sunscreens, there are many other useful aids, such as scarves and hats. Nowadays, there is also clothing with UV filters, including swimsuits and T-shirts.
Why is it important to use sunscreen?
Direct UV radiation is a skin aging factor that reduces moisture, dries out the skin, decreases the collagen and hyaluronic acid content of our skin, causes it to age, and leads to the formation of wrinkles. Under its influence, free radicals cause enormous damage. The occurrence of pigmentation spots also increases dramatically, whose subsequent removal is a demanding cosmetic task. Pigmented, wrinkled skin makes us look aesthetically older. Not to mention that sunburn can also cause severe burns that remain stored in the skin cells. Over the years, our skin ages faster, so we have certainly contributed to our genetic aging.
Therefore, skin aging caused by sunlight and UV rays are the most harmful factors in anti-aging skincare, as they cause the skin to age the most.
Why do we recommend these?
- In our opinion, the best sun protection for the face is one that has anti-aging effects, provides moisture, protects the cells, and ensures physical sun protection.
- Protection against UVA and UVB rays is also important. Physical sunscreens reflect UVA and UVB rays, thereby preventing them from damaging the epidermis and connective tissue.
- They also reduce the formation of pigmentation spots and protect against sunburn. The choice of factor depends on skin color, skin type, and skin condition.
- Our webshop offers SPF 15, SPF 30, and SPF 50.
- We use it several times a day in layers, as this is the only way to ensure maximum sun protection. The protection lasts for a certain number of hours. This depends on the sun protection factor and skin color. For example, a sun protection factor of 50, when applied perfectly to our skin, can provide protection for up to five hours.
- The physical sunscreens we sell contain antioxidants that are essential for cell protection.
How to use sunscreen face creams?
It should always be applied to the surface of the skin and cover it well and thoroughly. Of course, it is always an individual matter how much one needs to use to adequately cover the skin. We generally recommend one to two pumps of the cream, applying it with a tapping motion.
You should not skimp on the cream, and it should be applied as the last step of the skincare routine. Additionally, care should be taken to ensure that the previously used ampoule, facial serum, or facial cream has been fully absorbed.
Try to use a sunscreen with at least SPF 15, but SPF 50 is the best choice to reduce wrinkle formation. From our cosmetic experience, using a sun protection factor of 50 is worthwhile during the summer months.
Very important to know before you use sunscreen!
Our skin has its own defense system that can protect it from harmful radiation for a certain period of time. However, when it can no longer protect itself, sunburn occurs, which is a reddening of the skin.
Apply your daytime makeup 10 minutes after using sunscreen.
Take it with you if possible, as for optimal effect it is recommended to apply it to the skin several times a day. Always use sunscreen with the same sun protection factor.
Important! The effectiveness of sunscreens decreases over time. Pay attention to the sun protection factor!
The self-protection system of the respective skin type should always be taken into account.
- Type 1 very fair skin - natural protection time 5-10 minutes | SPF 50 recommended
- Typ 2 fair skin - self-protection time 10-20 minutes | SPF 30-50 recommended
- Type 3 light brown skin – natural protection time 20–30 minutes | SPF 30 recommended
- Type 4 brown skin - natural protection time 30-40 minutes | SPF 15-30 recommended
SPF = SUN PROTECT FACTOR, or LSF = LIGHT PROTECTION FACTOR, indicates the level of protection.
