Arten von Peelings

Mechanical peeling: Here, dead skin cells are removed by small grains such as sugar, salt, or ground fruit pits in a product.

Chemical peeling: This method uses acids such as fruit acids (e.g., beta hydroxy acid (BHA), glycolic acid, or salicylic acid) to dissolve the upper horny layer of the skin.

Enzyme peeling: Enzyme peels contain enzymes that break down proteins and thus dissolve the top layer of skin along with dead cells.
